Exterior

​

• Conduct a thorough visual inspection of your home’s exterior for any signs of damage or unauthorized access

• Walk accessible areas of the property to visually inspect that everything is in proper order

• Remove flyers, newspapers, and other unwanted materials

• Check your mailbox upon request

• Verify the operational status of a standby generator, if applicable.

 

Interior

​

• Inspect every level and room of your home

• Check garage spaces, if applicable

• Check that windows and doors are properly secured

• Look for any signs of water damage or leaks

• Conduct a visual inspection for potential mold or mildew

• Check for the presence of insects or rodents

• Verify the heating or air conditioning system is functioning and that thermostats are set correctly

• Turn on the main water supply

• Run faucets, garbage disposals, and flush toilets to maintain plumbing

• Shut off the main water supply after inspection and provide photo confirmation in your status report

• Confirm irrigation system control valves are turned off (seasonal)

• Check the electrical panel for tripped breakers

• Verify the breaker for the electric water heater is switched off, if applicable

• Inspect specific areas or items as requested by you

• Before leaving, reset the security alarm (if applicable), lock the exit door, and confirm the storm door is securely closed

 

Reporting

​

After each visit, you will receive a detailed e-Report via email, documenting all inspected items and including photos of

your home’s condition.  Any non-urgent concerns will also be noted in the report.

 

Immediate Action

​

For urgent situations: If any emergency or immediate issue arises during our visit, we will secure your property (if safe to do so),

notify the appropriate authorities if required, and promptly contact you by phone or text to provide updates

We remain available to assist as necessary until the issue is resolved

Arrange and secure deliveries

Arrange for professional services such as catering, personal chef, photographer

• Pre-storm preparation and post-storm cleanup/evaluation/documentation

Onboarding

​

• Agreements are typically for one year, with monthly billing for services

• During your onboarding visit, we will create a customized checklist for your home and identify any specific areas or items for regular inspection

• With your approval, we will tag water shut-offs with high-visibility markers for easy identification

• Concierge services are billed upon completion. For larger projects payment plans may be available
