Nest Home Services was founded by Matt and Jacqui Luberto. Florida natives, licensed real estate professionals, and respected leaders within the Emerald Coast real estate community. As Broker/Owners of Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast, specializing in residential sales, and ONE Family Property Services, focused on long-term property management, the Lubertos bring a uniquely comprehensive perspective to property ownership and care.

Through decades of hands-on experience, Matt and Jacqui recognized a critical gap in the market: vacant and secondary homes were being monitored without the professional oversight, accountability, and real estate expertise required to truly protect them. Matt Luberto, a retired Air Force veteran, serves as Director of Operations for Nest Home Services. His leadership background, operational discipline, and attention to detail ensure that Nest’s home watch, concierge, and maintenance programs are executed with consistency, reliability, and integrity.
